Rachel Allan accepts returns of damaged merchandise for up to 15 business days after you receive the merchandise.
When you receive goods, check them immediately to confirm that they are in good condition before they are placed in your stock.
Returns will only be accepted with a valid RA# given by our return department and a UPS label issued by Rachel Allan.
Write the RA# with a bold black marker on the outside of the box per UPS.
All merchandise must be shipped back within 5 business days of receiving a return label or it becomes null/void.
All returns will be replaced with the same style, size, and color. If a replacement is unavailable, a credit will be issued to your account. No cash or check refunds will be made.
Keep in mind that we do have beads and zippers available for minor repairs upon request.
